Hey guys...so I'm trying to make my collection as diverse as possible and am thinking my next watch will be either an automatic or kinetic. I've been researching both and understand one uses movement to charge a battery and the other uses movement to wind a spring. I wanted to ask you all what you prefer...is one better than the other in your experience? I like that many Kinetics have a power reserve meter so I'm kind of leaning toward those. This is a watch I'd wear weekly and I don't plan 
just bought a 5712/1a and am very happy with it. It is slim and has some complications and sporty and does what i want from it. But when I compare it to my Grosse Lange 1, the difference to detail is amazing. The Lange looks far superior with the blued screws and fine details to workmanship. I then started to check the catalog for the different movement and none of the Pateks seem to have blued screws. Sombodey knows why?Cheers
