I been bored and I been reading some watch reviews from casio,Invicta,Seiko 5,Android ect. And all the reviewers call their watches TIMEPIECES. I own a Seiko 5 and I don't think is a timepiece, is a nice automatic watch that's all. In my mind a watch have to be around $1,000 dollars and be automatic or manual to be a truly call a TIMEPIECE. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm just a beginerI really would love to hear your opinion on this. By the way I'm goin to continue talking to my friend Jack Dan
The Hamilton Regatta watches are built for sailors participating in racing. Unlike a race car, sailboats or yachts don't have brakes and don't run on solid ground. So they can't move up to a starting line, all in a row and and "start their engines". Established before each race there are starting procedures. These procedures spell out how much time they have before their race starts...For example the Navy Regatta Alarm has built into it timers for three starting procedures, 10min, 7min and 5min
