I was looking for a handy way to store my strap collection. If you have a watch collection you need a strap collection, right??I found this on ebay. It's designed to hold 20 watches/bracelets, but it will also hold 40 straps very nicely. It measures 10 inches by 15 inches, ( 25 cm by 38 cm) and when closed is 1.25 inches ( 3.2 cm ) thick.Best of all it cost me less then the price of an average strap.
I've had a person trying to help me move these items but she hasn't had much success. A couple of tire kickers, that's itso I figured I'd come here for some help. (I did a Google search and found this forum.)Dad passed away in 2014. Of the things he left me, I have his watch-repair tools. He got out of the Marines in the mid '50s and went to a technical school affiliated with Bradley University in Peoria, IL, to learn watch repair. He did this as a "second job" while he did his regular job
