The case was pretty bad, but the hands, face and movement were excellent and my friend overhauled the 861 movement.I bought two complete NOS replacement cases direct from Omega for a ridiculously low price and replaced the original case holding the second in reserve.I've only been able to find three 145.029 Googling around and only
