I have what I believe to be a 1947 or 1948 Omega & need some help with it. It's a 14k gold Omega Automatic, the case is 33mm. Omega Automatic is written on the dial, the only factory markings on the case are "W 14K GOLD". It's inscribed on the back "To Henry Karr for loyal service Cleveland Crane & Eng.
