Anyone here know where I can source a replacement setting lever for a cal 46? I just finished rebuilding a nice example of an FHF 13" cal 46 ebauche movement in a nice English sterling silver case with porcelain dial, but the nib on the lever that engages the stem is worn out to the point that trying to pull the crown to the setting position causes the lever to jump the stem and the whole stem pulls out.I'll either need to somehow find a replacement or alternately, find a way to fix the existin
