I now have 3 single winders, and unfortunately needed to experience their customer service with one of them. I can hardly complain, since it was one of their deeply discounted "scratch and dent/demo" models. The cup was loose, and would rub on the case, causing the watch to stop swinging after one swing. I got a very nice and helpful woman on the phone, who said it sounded like a cup assembly problem, and that they'd send me a new cup assembly right away. Well, they did, it arrived very quick
So far I only have 2 automatic watches, might be getting one or two more auto's this year. Don't know if I need a 1 watch winder or a 2 or 3 watch winder? How do you determine if a 1 watch winder will work? Is there any guidelines I should follow to see if I need a winder for 1, 2 or 3 watches?Thanks
