My GMTc has run about a minute slow since I bought it last February. I didn't want to have a new watch adjusted, so I gave the movement a few months to break-in and/or selttle-down. I work in Manhattan, so I finally took it to the Rolex building on 5th and 53rd for an adjustment. They took the watch and said I was correct, it was a little slow and they adjusted it.
