Late 2008, I was about to finish graduate school and my reward was going to be an Omega watch that I have wanted for such a long time. But instead got rewarded with divorce papers from the now ex-wife, so now I have TWO reasons to get an Omega! haha!I really want a 2254.50, but reading that they are hard to come by and I will check out some ADs here locally in Houston tomorrow. Hopefully my search will find my missing treasure! My other choice(s) are the smaller PO and the black SMP/Bond. Do
I am sick! I owned one of these and it is one of three that I sold at a garage sale. I have seen them on ebay for prices approaching $200. This one is priced at $389. Nostalgia pays.My watch said "Hamilton" but apparently some models carried the name "Buren" on the dial. Swiss Buren was part of the Hamilton company. Here is another one I owned as part of the Jay Ward series. While it is frequently sold in the $200-400 range, this one sold at auction in 2006 for over $600. Wow.
