Bought my Hamilton November 1, 2008. After reading some posts on testing accuracy. I decided to test my new watch for a week. I used a web site that claims to be "Accurate within 0.4 seconds."On the third attempt at setting my watch, I was able to get within 6 seconds of the official time and decided to work from that.A couple questions.1. Is it common to find a watch that is 7 seconds fast one day, and then 8 or 9 seconds fast the next day?2. The watch is new, will it break-in and settle down?
I was out of town for a few days....came here to check the latest threads and looked into couple of new polls that were posted while I was out....and stumbled with something interesting.....both polls show the message "I already voted on this poll"....could anyone shed some light on why is this???
