I see a lot of watches advertised with carbon fiber dials, but some of them are in bright colors. From my experience with race cars both amateur and professional, I have never seen carbon fiber in a color other than black or a dark gray. I bought a set of fenders for my track car and the cf was black. I do know of a cf/Kevlar hybrid weave in red, blue and yellow, but the carbon portion of the weave is still black. It seems like it would be difficult to color the cf and still maintain the detail
Hi everyone, I'm a new member but also was a former old member. Unfortunately I had become an extreme Watchaholic and had to have a personal intervention and needed to take a big time out. I currently own or have owned anything from Timex to Rolex and alot of in between brands. My other interests are collecting black powder and carbide cannons, coins, civil war history, railroad history, model railroading, and there are probably others too minor to mention. ThanksKarl
