Hello,I am a nubie & just got a GMT I R16700A style, U series from my wife as a gift. This has been a watch I've always liked since a kid. Obviously, it was purchased used & I had to get the axel replaced due to stopping time & the bezel locked up so the spring was replaced. My question is should the bezel turn both clockwise & counterclockwise?? The watch was sold w/ all papers & box. Inside the manual it clearly reads "The bezel may be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise"
