Well, these arrived today:But the Wittnauer has an issue. When I started winding it, first nothing was happening, and I wasn't hearing that little click, click when I held it to my ear as I wound it. Also, it didn't start. After a few more turns of the crown, the crystal popped off.So, I tried a little experiment, and wound the crown with the movement out of the case and crystal. Worked like a charm, clicking, running, etc.So, I tried to put the crystal back on, lining up the little nubs tha
I've noticed that the finish on older Titanium divers only have the center links polished but the new ones all seem to have the lugs and outside links polished with the center links being a satin/brushed finish. Does anyone know when this change was made or if you can still get them with just the center links polished? My preference would be to have none of them polished but if they are going to be I would like it to just be the center links.
