I've read the positive reviews on the JL Geneve Automatics, but I have yet to see much on their quartz models. In particular, I'm looking at one of their divers. I just acquired a 1919 (?) Elgin Trench Watch which runs beautifully. The dial is almost perfect. The former owner replaced the strap and in doing so, it appears that he/she dislodged one of the wire lugs. Can these wire lugs be repaired (soldered???)I am a rookie with these trench watches. I have two and neither has the wire lugs.HELP.
