The chronometer certification is -2+4 if I am not mistaken. On a Rolex we usually get a tiny bit better. In my case anyway- new sub running about -4 per week. What could one expect from say an ETA or PP movement and would it be a glaring indication of fraud? Just curious.
Hello All,I have an Omega Seamaster Quartz, Movement 1538 and when I try to tighten the crown down, my watch quits working, usually within a few minutes. If I push the crown down so it's past position 1 and just barely start to tighten it it works fine. It seems to me that somehow the stem may be shorting out the watch when it's screwed in all the way, but it's also strange that it doesn't stop working immediately when the crown is screwed in all the way.
