Several weeks ago I purchased two stainless deployment buckes from this company but found they really weren't what I was after. I had already installed (if that is the correct word) one on a strap so I considered it used. The second one I did not use and so, it is new. I contacted "Kenny" regarding the return and he OKed it so, I dropped it in the mail to him. I have not heard from him since and have tried several times to contact him via phone and e-mail. Does anyone know if he is alright
