Just won this Elgin in an e-bay auction and it just arrived. I don't know the model name or number. But the stepped bezel reminded me a little of the Hamilton Putnam, one of my grails. Hi.My first post. I have bought a Citizen 3100 with a perpetual calender. But it is impossible to set the calender. Neither the manual that came with the watch nor the instructions at Citizens website give the right instructions. Anybody know how to set this watch? It has a black face with a leather band. The crown is NOT a screw down crown as the manual says.
