I just noticed on the vintage Ventura I bought the band is 18mm and looked somewhat jammed into the watch lugs. It doesn't bother the fit on my wrist.Should I be quick to replace it with a proper 17mm band to prevent wear/stress on the lugs (14k white gold)? FWIW, it's a black leather band that works well with the watch, and I be inclined to keep the band if there's no concern with that tight fit.
