Simple question that can be answered in many ways. I'm going to answer for a watch that I initially had decided to return and have since kept and fallen in love for. The watch I'm referring to is my Movado Military. When I opened the watch box I was underwhelmed. It was light and for some reason the optimism I had before arrival just wasn't there. So, back in the box it went, I called the dealer and requested an return number. For some reason I waited a day or two before sending it. 
I've recently got Citizen Eco-Drive Watch #BM6400-00E and I've noticed the second hand moves once every 2 seconds instead of every second. Is this normal for eco drive?Thanks in advanceMike
