Need help identifying great Grandfathers Hamilton ( please help )

I was recently given my Great Grandfathers pocket watch, but it was not working at the time. I had it serviced and cleaned up and it runs like new now, almost looks like it too. :) I do not plan on selling the watch but it would be nice to get some info on it .. from what i came across from the serial # ( 40299 ) it appears to be from 1897-1898. would this be correct ?? i have no idea what model ..
