Looking for a little help on assessing a wrist watch, It is a Doxa automatic, with day in the upper left corner and Doxa below the 12 mark. It is in a gold filled case top, stainless case bottom. Any idea of value, the shop owner feels it is worth over $100 with a modern gold toned and stainless bracelet, I am not so sure. Any help out there? No pictures to show.
Does anyone know when the first Swiss movements were used in Hamiltons? I'm still trying to figure out when my Hamilton with the 686 movement might have been made. Thanks, Jim
