Hi, found this Oris at a garage sale, was cheap, and worked, so I got it. First, is it a "real" Oris? I noticed the that face say "25 jewels", while the Movement 648 says "21 jewels". Any ideas?Thanks20100823-P1030252.jpg20100823-P1030255.jpg20100823-P1030257.jpg20100823-P1030253.jpg
I put my running Hamilton Khaki Navy on my new winder, and within about a day and a half it stopped running, although the winder was still on. Should a watch be fully wound when put on a winder, and if so, how long should you expect the winder to keep a watch running?Sorry for not putting this in the winder forum, but I posted a couple questions there and didn't get much in the way of replies...Thanks!
