Dear All,the military/aviator style (large Arabic numerals on a black dial) is one of my favorite after the diving style but I was wondering...were these watches at any point part of the standard equipment in the army? I know Panerai divers were but their style is not exactly the one I am thinking of. What are, if any at all, the "original" military watches used in any army?
