I recently purchased an IWC Automatic "DeLuxe". I have found references to this watch in old IWC brochures and it appears to be very similar to the 1950's Ingeneur but without the anti-magnetic treatment. Hi! I have automatics/chronometers De Ville co-axial GMT and automatic De Ville dress watch. I alternate these watches with my other automatic watches and thus have to resort to hand winding them at times just to keep their movements going. My question, how many turns is permissible so that I don't get to over wind these watches. I've heard that over winding damages the movement.
