I was in Brooks Brothers (outlet) today and was checking out their watches. They have several models for around 200 dollars. The watches are Japanese quartz movements for the most part. I was curious if anyone has a BB watch or knows of anyone who purchased one. The sales rep said he had been hearing the watches were quite reliable, but then again he's a salesman for a reason. Anyone have any ideas about the quality of BB watches? Thanks.
It seems to me that I don't read much about Waltham wristwatches very much around here, or anywhere for that matter .....but for some reason, I am under the impression that it was quite a good brand of watches in the heyday of American watches ........Does anyone here collect Walthams or stumble across some interesting ones now and then ......what about the movements they used ? good ones ? Was it an innovative company ? How are they thought of as far as quality goes ? ........I would post a
