New member here with a request for some info. I purchased a Sandoz (Hong Kong) "Explorer" type watch for my wife. I got it on the net and it came with paperwork and a warranty booklet (unsigned and undated). Anyhow, the sapphire crystal spontaneously cracked in several places, without benefit of a blow or drop. I would like to get this fixed, but cannot seem to find a Sandoz repair facility in the USA. The booklet shows a location in Hong Kong. This will probably not be a warranty issue, s
