Ok, here's the watch......( which is setting, winding and running very well)well, there it is .....I love the NOS band I put on it, but as you can see, the poor thing is in lamentable condition .....the case isn't bad, othe4r than the scratches on the front ...errrr., being gold filled, there isn't a lot I can do about that right ? ......anyway, the rest of the case is not too bad, and the movement is rather nice looking I think, and like I said runs well.......oh and by the way, is this a good 
I seem to recall seeing battery life on the Bulova Precisionist estimated at one year. Can anyone confirm if this is accurate? I am intrigued by the watches, but a year seems pretty short. Although, for something that runs 24/7/365, it's not bad in the grand scheme of things. Plus, if it isn't a dive watch it's not that expensive to have a battery changed.Also, anyone know if there is any kind of end-of-life battery warning on the Precisionist? I don't really mind quartz if it has a decent end-o
