I've been trying to find this 1940 Hamilton Endicott with the very scarce black zone dial for about a year now. One finally came up on that auction site and I was able to prevail in the bidding. I'll post a photo when it gets here.from 1940 catalogThis model was offered over the years with four different dials (in order of most common to scarcest):18K applied gold numbersphoto from Art Deco Wristwatchesblack enamel numbersphoto from Art Deco Wristwatchesluminous numbersphoto from Art Deco Wris
My wife gave me a Hamilton Riva Chrono for my marriage, but I already owned an automatic Hamilton watch (see attached picture), but I don't know the model name. It has a glass porthole on the back. I had it in 1995 for my PhD.Seeking in modern catalog, it seems very similiar to a Khaki Field Automatic.Does anyone know the name of this model?
