I opened up the case to the change the battery with the idea of having a jeweler close it back up. I own a watch case press with round dies but was fearful of trying to close it myself. The first jeweler wouldn't even try and sent me to a second store which specializes in watches, (they even had several of the new Ventura watches in stock)
