Can someone tell me if there is any significance to the placement of the names of locations on the bezel of world timer watches, specifically the Seiko Coutura?For example, London/GMT are at 12:00, Cairo is at 1:00, and Los Angeles is at 8:00.When it is 12:00 in London, it is not 1:00 in Cairo, nor is it 8:00 in L.A.
