Good afternoon, This Illinois was listed by as dealer as from, "1940 or later". From the style watch it seemed to me that it was from the 1920's. I was wondering if anyone could provide their input? They did say that the movement was 17 jewels and had the serial number of 2964626. It looks clean and the price was right but the only thing that concerns me is the radium. I've never owned a vintage watch with radium on the dial or hands. It's the 3/0 size so it seems to be a larger watch. I'm
